Anyone ever put an older small step 38' on a trailer designed for a big step 38'? I was able to scoop up a Myco for an 02+ 38', however I have a 2000. I'm going to be refinishing the trailer so moving a few bunks around isn't a problem (I have a fab shop). Any ideas on how "off" the fit is? I would imagine bow stop, rear most bunk set and far forward bunk set should be ok?

Jason....call Myco...they have the exact measurments, they can email you a drawing. When we had a Myco that had a fit problem, they showed me the plans, so I could measure the trailer to tell them where the problem was.

Keegan .... I talked to Reggie Jr. yesterday and he essentially said the same thing. So hope that works. The trailer definitely is a project, but it's still gonna end up a lot sweeter than buying new. I'm stripping it down and sandblasting to bare metal then painting. It needs bunk carpet and the wheels are hazed up pretty good so we'll probably powdercoat those. But looking at $6000-6500 done is a lot more justifiable then 10k plus.
