Default Better hatch lifts?

I want to get my hatches to open straight up and down, cause I have issues and like to show off. Has anyone changed their stock hatch set up. Mine open to about 30 degrees.

Shoot a PM to boatfreak here on OSO. He did that with his AT and I know it's damn near vertical now. You can't open in that far in a breeze though!

I thought Rex or Eddie marine sold a aftermarket lift? If you have butterfly hatches I would replace with the small triangle style lifts

Not to rob this thread but does anyone know where to get the hatch ram covers like used on the newer Fountains? If so, will they fit the actuators on my (2000) boat?

How does that work, turn to port to go down, SB to go up? Seems like it would slow the boat down in a long sweeper to the right!
