my first Fountain was a 98 29ft sport fish cruiser. Next was a 96 31ft center console. Then I got the performance bug and bought a 97 32ft fever w/ 500's. I sold it and got a 99 38 Fever w/ patriot graphics. Last Fountain I owned was a 99 42ft Lightning w/ Patriot graphics. I was going to buy another Fountain until I was called a "clown" by someone at fountain so I moved on to Outerlimits and then on to Cigarette. I never had a problem with a Fountain. They make great boats.

It sounds like you have just about had them all mcraymond3. So looking back, considering all of the boats that you have owned, which one was your favorite - and why?

Why the move from O.L. to Cig ?

So far, my favorite was the 99 42ft Lightning. I loved the windshield, staggered 500's and the Patriot graphics. It was a great boat. Then I bought a 2001 37 OL from the factory w/ 575's that gave me trouble everytime I took it out. I never run hard either. Randy Hartman traded me into a 2003 Gladiator. That boat was fun but I missed the cabin and especially the rub-rail. I had much better experience w/ Fountains then OL. That OL just about broke me. I still like Fountains a lot!! My wife just likes the Cigarette cloths better. LOL

cig does have some sweat cloths for the lady, my buddy had a 35 fountain moved to a 37 OL, he won't admit it but he has had alot of mechanical problems also

Looked more of a fishing fountain but still real nice....

It was called N-A Hurry, has triple 275 outboards, and the boat said it was out of Chester, Va!!
