I have one also. It’s just a learning curve trimming it. Run the tabs at 4 and it will help

Default Water in forward hull in 38’ EC

Victor, When i bought my 38 EC in 2016 it did seem to have more of a leaning problem. there is a small hatch right under the stairs where you can access the middle bilge. I replaced both an open bilge pump as well as the shower sump and pump located in the same location. If i remember correctly, the shower sump handled both the shower grey water as well as the drain hose for the A/C that was located under the bed. If neither of these pumps are working you will accumulate water in the middle/forward bilge. When not working, I was very surprised how much water the A/C made.

after driving a few years, I never even noticed the lean, maybe because of replacing the pumps and probably some attributed to “driving” the boat, as wind will certainly affect the lean, and sometimes small helm adjustments would straighten it, if not then a little tab action. I never ran the boat with tabs fully up, always as least at neutral to effectively lengthen the hull, which certainly helped with the lean.

Hope this helps.
