Thanks Nick!! I just had this feeling something was going on; sorry to hear about your troubles and hope you're in a better place now.. If they didn't look so much better than the plastic ones, I wouldn't have been so persistent, so its your fault....LOL... look forward to putting them on my new baby...

It was an on going thing that was pretty hard to handle and I thought I could keep ahead of it but it all was a little much especially around the holidays. Life happens to all of us so the best thing is to just keep in mind no matter how bad things can get someone out there has it worse. So I am in a better place after this tragedy and I think everyone it effected has a different look at life so in the end some good came from it. On a lighter note your new boat looks badass got any pics of it on here? My fault... I love it!

Thanks!! I'm in the process of doing some updates... Putting a blue powder coated stern rail around the sunpad (wife and kids need something to hold onto when the boats rolling around); putting full length blue deck rails on the bow and removing the center rails (she's too big not to have something to grab onto when docking... also not easy to hang fenders for rafting)...

also going to do some graphics on the hull sides but probably going to wait until next winter for that. counting the days till spring..

Did you get the shore power battery charger working? We could never get it figured out this summer.

Funny you should mention that. During the survey, we determined that the 110 system itself was disconnected and had to be rewired somewhat because the boat had been overseas and modified for European Union voltage. The OL guys fixed the AC power but I couldn't get the battery charger to work either and after a bunch of troubleshooting, I finally determined that the battery charger itself was shot. I had to buy a new one, but ProMariner gave me a decent discount as an existing customer. Installing the new charger after I finish my long to-do list.. Just removed and pressure checked all of the headers, changed all of the sea water pumps and hoses; drained and refreshed the anti-freeze; changed the drive oils, etc. Lots of stuff to do before spring..

that is a sweet looking 47... I like the looks of just the center bow rail... but I know what you mean , the full rails sure are handy for docking & rafting
