The guy is not a scammer. Most of us have received them. He did admit to having some issues with family I think that kept him away a while. I vouch for him good guy.

Paid for on Sept 5, now it's mid April. That's 8 months. Lots of boats can be built from scratch in 8 months.

I'm not saying it doesn't need to be rectified but I'm saying he wasn't out scamming people. I think he but off more than he could chew by offering these. Also think he said he gets limited free time on machine to make them and doesn't want to burn bridges.
