Default 38 Fever SB 500efis Proping

Changing motors this winter looking for recommendations on a prop for my 38 sb fever with 500 hp efis. I am sure someone is running the same setup out there and knows what works best. Thanks for any and all help.

Brother I have about the same except mine is a 32 fever. I would try a 27 pitch Hydro's . This what works best for me. Now this was with 415 hp. I'm having a set of 500s build right for mine. I'm going to start my search with the 27s. If you have a Prop Gods close by you. You will be set. Tell them what you have and they will send a guy out to you with a bunch of different props to try on your boat. He will get you what works the best. They only charge like a 100 bucks for sending the guy to you. Best 100 you will ever spend. If you don't have a Prop Gods close by. Call,Brett at BBlades. He can tell you what to prop your boat with. Have your speed sheet handy. He will ask a bunch of questions to make the decision for you. You can also find him under the prop forum on here too.

28 pitch 4 blade merc. Or 27p hydromotive. I liked the Mercs better on that boat. That's what I ran

I have a 99 fountain 38 with bravo xr's 1.36 ratio. 502's with 420 mega chargers/ with 2x850 nickersons carbs. Approx 750+hp each. I am running 4-blade 32p Bravo 1's. @ 3000 rpm doing 61 gps. 4600rpm 84gps. From what I here hydromotive props are the fastest running on fountains.
