In line to pick up my son from school with light snow flurries and my truck gauge says 23. It was 70 Saturday and I had on a short sleeve shirt walking down the riverbank.

Ready for the new transom assembly. Dash should be ready in 2-3 weeks. Got a new red dash coming with all new Livorsi gauges.

Engine is back in and HP transom assembly is installed. Should be ready for the water next week sometime. Just in time for Tickfaw

Garrett, did your CS come with a mechanical trim indicator? I want to install one on mine, but milling the slot would be a winter proj.

I ordered a whole new dash panel and they added the slot. They forgot to add the spot for the switch for the drive trim though..... Kinda pissed me off but it looks good so I well have to do something different for drive trim switch.
