No personal knowledge of it, but looks fantastic. Looks very clean, but don't let that stop you from having a survey done. 525's are great motors and will be awesome in that boat but are notorious for header issues. Do compression and leakdown tests on motors for sure. Good luck!

Its a sharp boat but been for sale for a while. Probably because you can get a 38 for roughly the same price. Leak down/Compression a must and I would personally ditch those headers after purchase. I would be more concerned if it was a salt water boat. Its costly but will save you two motors.

Super looking boat! And with most recent Fountain derived hull (last year for true Fountain derived hulls for 35 and 42 was 2007).
My advice:
1-Thorough marine survey is a must. Even boats "rode hard and put up wet" can clean up well.
2-Make a better offer. And if you must finance do it with their partner.
