Default 29 fever with twin 454s both leaking on lower port side of motors

Fired up the ole girl at the ramp and to my disgust both motors are leaking water from the lower (under) side of the engines. Both are leaking from the same (port) side. Is this some type of heat exchanger that I can't hardly see? It appears to be some type of black plastic cover with a few hoses running in and out that the water is coming from. Can this be fixed from inside the boat or am I going to have to pull motors?

Have to see if I can get down in there. They sure don't make it easy.

No. It appears to be coming from behind the cooling tube

There is a drain plug in that cooler. It could be leaking.
