Default 29' fever seat help

Seat bottoms won't come all the way up. Frames are not bent, but it does look like the tabs that the ram mounts to have been replaced (possibly upside down). Looking for a picture from under the seat to see what the factory mounting tabs look like. Tks for any help.

The top cross member of the frame up under the headrest is bent.

My bracket was bent. But I think it was because the brass sleeves where worn out. Got new ones on the "HELP" rack in the local car parts store. Than welded a stiffner to the bracket and coated it.
