This may see like a silly question, i know there is really only 5 seats on the boat, But is there a max weight capacity or number of people allowed legally?

I've had 11 or 12, as long each person has a jacket your good!

I've had about 9 ppl too however, when idling,water tends to siphon in through the bilge hole/tubes and the pump kicks on constantly since whole is a bit below water level.
