The threads on my switches are not the more popular 15/32 - 32, but the larger 1/2 -32. I tracked down the OEM for the toggle boots and they have a minimum quantity order of 25. I need 7 total. At $6 each, is there interest in the remaining 18 pieces?
Same for the push button boots that cover the on-dash circuit breakers. Min qty of 25, I need two. Any interest in these white covers?

Actually I take that back I want white also. So do all Fountains use this 1/2 / 32 thread size? Mine is a 95.
I found this on Livorsi site (scroll to bottom of the page to "Xtreme Nut & Boot System") http://www.livorsi.com/catalog/bezels.htm
In the bottom middle they list "for Circuit Breaker Toggle Switches" and have the size you mentioned and with colored bezels. I think the bezels would match the new rocker switch covers you are making us!? I'm not sure what the difference is between a regular "toggle switch" and "for circuit breaker toggle switch" they list is if anything except the size but it looks like they should work. Probably less than the quantity they may be making you buy of the other ones also...

Dave,
Thanks for pointing that out. I may go that route, as you mentioned I can get 6 at a time...
Hopefully the 2nd shop has a quote back to me this week for the buttons. The first shop is there cost wise, but timing is becoming an issue.
I'll put an update in the button thread as soon as I hear something back.

If you go that route and get ones with stainless bezels I would buy the leftovers from you... I can't wait to do my "mini" makeover with the new rocker switch covers thanks for the update! BTW If you run into anywhere that sells the dash panels on the cheap I need a blue one with the newer gauge layout.

Did anyone determine what the stock size is for Fountain? I've seen talks about 15/32 and 1/2/32? Also, what is involved in replacing these? Do they simply pull off? Or does each toggle switch need to be unscrewed to remove/replace the rubber boots? Thx, Jay
