Default 2006 Fountain Lighting Need Bow Cleat

My bow cleat on my 2006 Fountain Lightning sheered off the screws that appear to hold it in one place. Now it just rotates 360 degrees. It looks a bit more complex the way it's mounted although easy to get to with the anchor locker. Where do I order one or is their a way to repair this one possibly? Thanks for the help!

Is the cleat itself broken or just the screws that screw into the deck? Should have a piece of all thread underneath going to the bow eye for lifting support.

Man I think it is just the screws that are sheared off but I will have to look closer at it.

It's a common problem with every Fountain I have had. On the last one I made a backing place and now use screws and locking nut to hold it from moving, those silly sheet metal screws are a stupid idea....
