Contact Corinthian Carpets - I purchased from them, as they supplied Fountain originally (I think). They had the template and all was done over the phone.

Corinthian marine carpet part #6024 for 89-03 29 fever. Not sure what year you have. I replaced my 03 27' fever carpet and it was $300
