My boat is currently in storage and I dont have any access. I would like to buy a new steering wheel like a Livorsi 6 bolts pattern.

I have the old 3 spokes steering with CRT system like this:



and my question is...do I need a new steering hub or a steering adaptor ? The CRT is 3 bolts... Can't really figure out to install the new 6 bolt steering and I didnt find anything on the forum.

Ask Livorsi. I am pretty sure I bought a new adapter with mine. I had the 1984 Ranger bass boat on mine as well. Anything is an upgrade.

Get a piece of aluminum stock and make your own adapter. Easy peezy. If you buy a new issotta or the like they come with adapters, or you can order one. But I'm not sure it fits a 3 bolt like yours
