Default 12v electric cooler

Has anybody replaced their broken cooler with an electric cooler? We put the reusable blue ice blocks in our cooler and keep our lunch in there so that way it doesnt get soggy. However as we all know the coolers break and dont insulate very well. I would like to add an electric cooler so that is more like a fridge. Any suggestions?
