I've got a 42 staggered executioner. 25k needs power. New 575hp 509ci drop ins available.

25k minus power.

so just to make sure you are aware of... There is a world of difference between the size of a 47 and a 42, besides the obvious 5... much much much bigger in height, so in weight also... two totally different beast IMO.

have you rode in the 2?

My buddy called me Monday and said it is time to get rid of his 42 that he simply doesn't use.

2003 42 Lightning- twin 575's with 200 hours on it. Boat is lift kept but has an aluminum trailer (trailer has been wet about 10 times and has about 150 miles on it). He is the original owner and has more hours in polishing it than running it. This was his 3rd Fountain and his son got married, had kids and never went out with dad on the boat anymore so the boat simply didn't get used. Boat is kept in a warehouse or if it is on the hydrohoist then it is under a full cover (deck + down the hullsides). Boat is in S. Florida and he is asking 120K with the trailer.

The above Fountain will be listed here shortly.......his kid needs to do the computer stuff!

Boat also has both windshields (tall and short). Boat came with one and the white paint peeled so Fountain sent him another windshield. He installed the new one and repainted/repaired the old one. I can't remember which one is on the boat but I am 99% sure the short/sportier windshield is installed (note that I am not talking about that Executioner style slanted/tinted glass ones but rather the Lightning framed windshield).

Driven a 42 and gonna sea trial a 47 next week. I'm sure either will fit the bill. Not afraid of the size of the 47 and would like the room and amenities for the type of boating we do up here. Curious how the 47 is
