Talk to Brett at BBlades. Try out a set of stock 5 blade Maximus. Then if you buy the set have him lab them for you. The boat will make it to 89 mph. This was on 2005 42 lightning 525's with shortie speed masters.

The overall performance increase was significant. Cruise at the same speed with way less rpm's. Came out of the hole like never before.

That's because I wasn't driving it.....my kick a$$-ness automatically adds 5-6 MPH.
