For a 38 lightning. I'm looking to buy, and to paint them to match

My 29 and my 35 had 2 7/8" diameter plastic cup holders and replaced all of them with 3 1/4" billet cup holders. I used a drum sander to make the holes bigger.

I just dont want to cut holes. The way to do it i heard is... Take a hole saw the right size and run it through a 2x6. Then hold that over your existing hole and hone it out (like torque plates)
