I have been told you cant fill the tanks while on a trailer. the tanks are made to be filled while sitting in the water
|
That’s interesting. May try to fill with gas can to see if it takes more. |

I was able to put 72 gallons in each tank with mine on the trailer. Mind you it was level as the hitch is adjustable so no sag to tilt it forward. I don't know if it was ran that low on the motors or seller sucked it out. When I bought it was a little of a project so I worked on it for 2 years before fueling. I wasn't happy it was that low either way as it was full tanks of fresh fuel. So you can certainly get a good bit in on the trailer |
Fueling on trailer. Boat sits fairly level. How much would it have to be off level to make a difference? |
My freind has a 2007 EX and he thinks 100 gallons a side. He has put nearly 100 in a side so it must be at least 100. could call fountain. |
You should look into getting a Smartcraft monitor hooked up to your engines. Then you will know exactly how many gallons are used which you can just subtract from the gallons you put in.

Will try to add more gas this weekend before heading out. Maybe it “burped” since last fill.🤨 |
Topped off to top of fill inlet. Added another 10 gallons each side at slow pace. Guess I know what to do now. |
