47 Fountain Refit

Looking to do a soup to nuts refit on a 2006 47 Fountain with trip 525s. The main changes are new twin Merc power, paint, stereo, interior. Any suggestions on who is the best to do the work would be much appreciated

Nothing wrong with the 525's but I what the simplicity, less weight, and most importantly more speed of bigger twins. Boat is in southern NJ
