Yeah, the standard Fountain line up is three boats you've mentioned. They have moved with demand and the sports high performance demand is now too small for them to justify production.
However....... I'm sure they have the molds for their go fast lineup and could build whatever you want but you'd need to be pretty keen and ready to plonk down a decent deposit because it would end up a custom build I suspect.
I think Big Thunder still have the 38' demo/new boat available at 299k and there's also an unfinished 42' somewhere waiting for a buyer. Try Big Thunder first, or maybe the factory.
Good luck,
RR

Well they have the 42 and 47 molds. I was told by people who work there that some employees were instructed to destroy a bunch of old Baja hull molds, instead they destroyed by mistake.... the 38 Fountain, 35 Fountain, 38 ZR, 38 ZRC, and 35 ZR molds.

I had my Donzi rigged by Fountain guys in NC who were laid off from the factory when the bottom fell out, and hired back when things recently picked up. I send it back to NC most off seasons for tweaking and they have kept me informed about the goings on inside the factory, including the mold crushing fiasco. Iconic hired an outside guy with a Center Console background to be in charge of production, so it's no wonder he wouldn't know the difference between a 38 Outlaw and a 38 ZRC, or care, nor would some of the new people they hired to build the CCs. According to my guys they did crush most of the Fountain and Donzi ZR sport boat molds by mistake. Yea it's sick but sadly true.
I do not think it matters because as others have pointed out there is no market for sport boats anymore - especially with them being priced 30 -40% higher than when they were mass-producing them back in the day. They made one 38 Lightning a few years back before they destroyed the molds and as far as I know it is still for sale at Big Thunder marine for almost $400K - for a low 90mph XR boat. Good luck with that.

The destroyed molds that were confirmed by Reggie III on his Facebook are the 38 Lightning and the hatch mold for the ZRCs. Nothing else was mentioned by him, that would really be a loss if all the molds mentioned above were destroyed.
