Default Dry Weight of a 2008 38' Fountain Lightning

Can anyone tell me the dry weight of a 2008 38' Fountain Lightning? Will (3) 5200LB axles be enough? Thanks in advance.

Mike on here scaled his old single step 35 and it was 9800. The glass caps where heavier so 11 wouldn’t surprise me.

I know people always say they are light but they really arent.

Never scaled our 07 38, sure doesnt seem like 11,000 dry. Compared to our previous boat 05 353 Fastech, it feels closer in weight to that boat, slightly heavier. Scale doesnt lie remember though there were changes in hulls/interior/cabin so an early 2000s 38 Lightning will be different than a late model.

My 2003 1/2 fuel and gear on a Myco trailer weighed in at 14800

a 15,000 lb trailer is the norm for a 38, you will be fine
