Cabin door

cabin door is really hard to open on 2008 fountain lightning 38. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Yep - a real pain - the slider at the bottom of the door is probably broken. I removed my door and reversed the bottom track and fabbed a new slider out of some type of pvc, I dont remember.
