Thanks Lee,
I'm going to start the engine tomorrow. The forecast calls for 64 deg. so I'll pull the boat outside, start the engine, check the timing, etc. I've got to take more pics since the Teague XR outdrive is mounted and some other stuff like the sea strainer is mounted too. What's that about your friends boat equipped with a Whipple getting a view of your stern? What prop are you running?
Thanks,
Mark

Mark,
I am currently running a 32 Bravo RH that I bought and had labbed by Throttle Up Propellors of Largo Fl. After trying about six or seven props this one works the best so far! I am very impressed with the workmanship on your project, very neat and clean install!

Updates on 27' Fountain project:
It was in the upper 60's last weekend so I pulled the boat outside and started the engine for the first time..... WOW!!
With the CMI's the engine sounds awesome, very impressive.
Here are some pics with the new outdrive (Teague Platinum XR)

More transom:
I machined new pins to retain the rams to the Latham stainless rear cap cause the original cap from Fountain uses a different style pin.
