Well after some dickin around the rub rail went on with a bit of a fight.
The 'hot" water machine we made up helped...

Wow beautiful job. Reggie needs to hire Mitch to update the Fountain graphics on new boats. Thats one great looking boat you have I'll call ya when I vistit Chicago in the summer.

Back4- how did the rubrail install go? did you use the original holes for the screws or did you fill them and make new ones, how about getting around the beek ? did you have to heat it??.........doug

No it needed new holes...they were of different centers, but some fell into the old ones.
This is actually the 3rd rub rail going on this boat.
1st one was the black, 2nd one the white, and the 3rd being the newer style with the insert.
I siliconed all the old ones and drilled new ones.
The beak and corners needed alot of heat to bend around them.
The insert was dunked in a can of 160* water which helped big time pushing it in with a 2" putty knife.
