I have heard that extension boxes make the boat "feel" like it is longer. Does it improve handling/performance in rough water/chop? The boat does low 80's now and I want to improve the handling as much as possible before I bump up the power.
How about imco shorties? I've also heard that they can help the boat feel more sound at speed in rough conditions.
Any speed gain info would also be appreciated.

i ran it the other day full of fuel, just me in boat, sticky water not a darn ripple (need steps in that) and i got a measly 81.09on gps with the props bravo 1's 30's labbed down to ?.. it is not carrying the bow right it feels like it has good stern lift and drops bow,,trimmed allthe way out it looks like i got #6 drives the rooster is HUGE> its weird.. i could have poss pulled more rpm but i wont run em past 5200,, i really want to try some mirage plus or and hydro q4's.. i think it will go 85 with the right prop or i f i drop it off a cliff,,hihi
