42' 129MPH in Extreme Boats
#1
I just read this ariticle, which doesn't give very good specifics on set up, and was thinking this to be VERY unusual for a pleasure boat.
Thoughts? I'd like to get me one of those someday if it's true.
Thanks.

I read the article also and the author said it was impressive for a "family Cruiser" HA HA, I am hoping he was being sarcastic. Either way that boat is bad ass and I liked the rear drop out bolsters. Also Extreme Boats mag rocks.

Thanks for the kind words concerning the boat. I recently took the boat to Washington, NC for the Poker Runs America Kilo Run, with myself in the boat and Jeff Harris driving we ran 122 MPH with a pair of 17 1/2" 32 pitch props. Both engines were on the limiters real bad. I ran the boat at Lake Texoma early in the summer with a full load of fuel and four passengers and we ran approximately 126 MPH with some Herring 16 7/8" 35 pitch props.
I intend to go back to Fountain for the next Kilo run in a couple of months with the Herring props and I am hoping for 130 MPH +.
