Default 35 Executioner props...

Anyone out there have any idea what props are installed on the late model 35 Ex with stock 496HO Mags? My guess would be 28" B1's??? I also assume that the drives are 1:50 ratio, yes?

28 sounds kinda large... the boat on NW Offshore had 32's with 1.65 Bravo drives. So maybe, I would have guessed 26's.

I'd bet the 28's would be close. I believe you would have 1.5. It should be printed on the Merc sticker that goes around the side of the drive. I can almost turn 26 B1's with 365 HP. I had a little taken out of them and they work great. I'd say call the Fountain factory but it might take a while for a response.

Fountain shows 26pitch. Try a prop shop that will let you demo props to make $ure.

Tricky919,

Is it a new Ex? I am toying with the idea of trading back my '04 29 Fever for an '04 Ex with the 496's. Gonna take a bit of a hit so I am trying to get as much info as I can. Any advice would be welcome.

That is the nicest '04 35' Fountain in storage

Talked to Todd today and he said it was sitting there just waiting for spring to arrive...Also told me how awesome your 28' Pantera is, 80 mph w/496 mags?? Why on earth would you jump from that?? Just want something bigger?

Yes, Bigger and different style. More comfortable and could use the extra length in th LI sound. Pantera did me right, I just wanted something new and different. where are you from 105?
