My first real offshore boat!
 

I just bought an '84 Fountain 10 Meter from mshea. Great guy to deal with (bent over backwards for me).
The boat is awesome overall. I need some guidance on motors. And, I am looking for updated throttles, dash, and guages (used is ok- It still has the original Morse controlls!).

I'm psyched! :D

I may be changing my dash soon and may have a complete package to sell. I have the white panel with the Gaffrig gauges in white with additional red bezels. I will gets some pics soon if you are interested.

Bryan...........If you look under his thread" engine recommendations for a 84 10 mtr" I did tell him I have a pr of spare engines that are single carb 588 cu in 750+ hp COMPLETE oil pan to flame arrestor, (no accessories) The engines are currently dissambled for inspection. I was considering putting in blower pistons and adding superchargers but, these engines REALLY rock with the combo they have!!! In a friend of mines 38 gun, we ran 89 on both gps's. I know my 10 mtr will run at least 100 with them in it. They are spares, and I would consider sellin them.

Thanks. I'm looking for something a little more tame as I don't think that I can afford motors like that. I need to get the boat home before I buy power. I'm not sure what is up with the power that is in it (maybe cracked blocks). I'm looking a Fri. to have it home.

I'm looking to buy white dash/gauges/throttles though...
