If you are looking for independent verification of the boat's top speed I here'by volunteer for the job. We Fountain owners need to step up for one another. No need to thank me but I would appreciate if both the fuel tanks and beer coolers were full when I take her out. I feel the tests should be authenticated under true summer conditions.

That is one seriously nice 38. How'd it feel compared to your 32?

Thanks for the offer to lend a helping hand. Nothing like Fountain owners sticking together.

As far as the 32 goes, it was a great boat and after I dressed up the engines and bilge, I really enjoyed it. The 32 had better acceleration but not as much top end. Our lakes here are very busy so I'm looking for a better ride. Can't wait to try it out.

PS. What kind of beer? Silly question...I know the answer. FREE! Free beer is my favorite brand too.

I have not seen the new still throttles yet. I will be keeping my eye out for them. Thanks for the tip.
