how much hp will it take to make a new 42 w/ bravo xr's go 100+.

checked fountains web site. only has 42 w/575's. says 86+

just buy fountaindriver's 42 and be done with it 130mph+

I would think 800hp is the range. XR may be a problem. Go with staggered for sure.

Pair-a-dice 2000 with 900sc (850hp) light lay-up, full cabin did 117mph.

Mike Livorsi told me once that yacht trader was the best he thought.
