Broken Engine Area Lights

Besides replacing the same lights every 5 minutes, has anyone found a light that will not break it's mounting bracket in the engine area. Mine is a 1997 29 single.

'96 29 - One broken and one not broken. Also looking for a good replacement idea.

Both of mine also broke at the pivot point.
I made new bases out of teflon. Look exactly like the originals but will not break since teflon is not hard and brittle like the original plastic.

I'm swithcing mine over to the LED strip lights--found them at West and discount stores ofr boat trailers. They are 4-LED strips and totally sealed. They use significantly less current and seem like corrosion cna't happen.
