Seat Mystery Solved:
Yesterday my seat dropped an other two inches so I tried to keep my weight off of it. Dropped an other two inches so I stood up. Post mortem showed that the bracket that connects the motor shaft to the seat bottom ripped out of the rectangular tubing. The welds held but the thin gage metal tore. Shouldn't be too difficult to get a plate welded on but I would have thought a beefier connection should have been used. Check yours if it doesn't go up all the way. F |
