I heard through the gape vine that Fountain is in the process of redesign for the next generation 42 Lightning. Anyone have any info on this?

Actually, I thought the next boat they were coming out with was a 40 foot poker run boat.

BTW, what's your opinon of the 38 fever? Would you recommend it? I love the cockpit space in the 38 fevers and was thinking about one as my next boat, but I was also wondering about how it felt in the water. I love how my 35 is so nimble but was wanting something that takes the big waves a little better without feeling too big.

True, Fountain has redesigned the 42 Lightning with a new step bottom, dash, sliding door for the cabin and new deck.

I have been told the first poker run edition 42 is in the mold with a september or october completion date. I have not seen any pictures of the redesigned 42 but I should have my new boat the middle of October.
