How Much $$ For A 35 Lightning

OK guys, I'm thinking about selling my 29 footer and purchasing a 1997-2000 35 Lightning. What kind of street prices should I look forward to?

Tri Valley Marine in Livermore Has a 97' for mid $90's and a 99' with HP500's for $105.

possibly a 42, hey that price has some room in it.
that 2000 for 80.000 does it have motors. thats to cheap.
