I am kicking around the idea of ordering another 42 x but with trying to put in some Sterling 900,s and # 6, .I had a 42x with 525s and found it to really underpowered for that size of boat. There has been some talk that there are 2 different hulls, one for 525,s and one for larger power? Is this true?. Do you think the factory would do that combo? It should fit I would think? Unfortunately cant afford the lightning and that engine package.
