Default Differences with stepped hull

What precautions or changes should be made in driving styles when moving to a stepped hull ?

Do not tuck your drives in when turning the boat - have them set at 2 or better when turning hard - in fact, don't turn the boat hard at all if you have a newer vintilated hull with the big steps. If you do go into a hard turn don't touch the throttles while in the turn. Doing so can cause the back end to break free and it can swap ends. I think Fountain puts out videos on do's and don'ts. Call your dealer and see if you can get one.
