No, no US1, those parts ARE smooth. My mount has to be the most hillbilly. It's the old CB radio, spring loaded antenna. The only saving grace is that it's mounted inside the gunnel.

It's just that I'm gonna copy Roux's graphics in vinyl. Mine are too
"Palm Beach in the 80's".

Show us yours Roxy ol' buddy! What you got, the West Marine big ol c-clamp with the big lever style?

BTW, my boat is vewy vewy fast.
What are you doing, chasing a Black Trans Am? Why would you even need an ugly ass antenna? Mount it in the gunwale, or use handheld, you redneck.

You buy carpet for your house out of a van at a gas station? Just messin' with ya McGyv, I mean Jerry.

Well, just take the current Fountain speed record. Then subtract a lot.

502's step 76-mid 78's with all the wife's crap and usually pretty full of fuel. It would run faster with a divorce lawyer on board.

Looks great!!
I have a bunch of questions. I'm doing mine also.
What did you do with the screws, grommets & washers?
Mine are black & the rubber is beat. Did you use white
silicone on the install ? What did you use for paint and
how does it match ? Do you have a paint code ? Any
help appreciated.
