Springnut,
I heard they were doing the cuts as a part of their new partnership with the high school vo-tech. Each kid gets a wack with a hammer, and a shot with the hole-saw. The only thing that makes it dangerous is that the kid with the lowest gradepoint average goes first...................................Terry said it also may be used as the "Make-it-Happen" program for the engine build. They have found a group of homeless guys in the woods throughout Lee and Collier counties that they said could "help" build a set of 850 motors. Mike's engine build was perfect for the program, and he will also get a free "I made it happen" t-shirt for allowing it......... Mike was quoted in the Ft. Myers News Press as saying " What the hell are you talking about?", the reporter then mentioned the free t-shirt and Mike said " Thats how I roll".................

Originally I was going with Nor-Tech 650 efi's and Imco extreme atvantage drives. I heard of some issues with the Imco drives and had some concerns. I am not saying that Imco doesn't make a good drive, but I wanted something different for my own peace of mind. I decided to go with #6s. Concerned about loosing top speed I increased my horsepower.

Thanks JM, I think I will be really happy with the new set up. A little delay in delivery but I think it will be worth it. I am hoping 2 to 3 weeks until we get her wet. See ya on the water soon!
