Got a good ramp for me to put in ?
There is a good ramp just a couple hundred yards before you get to the Sanibel Bridge on the right side. It is called Punta Rassa. Many of the boats will be coming right by there on Sat morning. Easy to hook up.
Maybe Jayboat can post a Google Earth shot. He's good at that.

What would be a good time to be in the water waiting for the boats to pass at that point?

It is about a 30 to 45 minute run to Gordon Pass from the bridge so I'm thinking boats will pass by there around 10ish.

That is a great view of the Punta Rassa ramp and bridge.
Thanks.

502-
These should give you an overview of the area.

Cocohatchee is easy from I-75...
Exit 75 at Immokolee, w to 41, rt to Wiggins Pass, left to the wet end.

The Punta Rassa ramp is noted as SHYC on the second and third map- a bit more traffic to deal with going that route. Holiday shoppers?

Nice looking Scarab ya got there.

I hope you all have a great time on the run. Unfortunately we will not be down. Gonna spend turkey day up in NE.

Have fun!

Darren,

Nice to meet you in Key West. Your Gladiator looked great on the trip across to Marco. Will you be back to Marco anytime soon and will you be leaving your boat there? We will be having another Fun Run on New Years Day.
