I have spent the last 3 days painting a 3 liter 225 outboard, now who has it bad??? At least it is finally mounted on the boat, now lets see if I can get it rigged for new years??? So where is this Keywaydin place??? sounds like somewhere I need to visit.

I spotted a boat down by the beach today, looks familiar?

don't mind the date on the picture.

Yep, that be me alright. Had some family on board with some little ones so if you were wondering why I was only running about 40 MPH that was the reason. Took them over to Keewaydin shelling while I took in the scenery ! LOL
Are you staying at the Marriott ?

Keywaydin is just north of Marco Island. It is by far one of the best boating beaches in SWFL. The front side is right on the Gulf and the back is in its own little bay. Lots of things to do and see. You will have to come over for the canoe races. It is amazing what happens on that weekend.

I'm actually staying at my aunts place on Marco.
She moved here from Sweden some 18 years ago, so I've spent christmas here every year since 89. Kind of like here.

I can kind of understand you liking it here. Me too and have spent all but 1 Christmas here in the last 12 years.

If you would like to get out for a boat ride tomorrow afternoon from 3 till about 6 pm call me at 239 776 0481. I am going up to Naples to meet some other local OSO's for a drink.

I would've love to, but unfortunately I have to bring my family to Disney World tomorrow.
