I've got a few friends that just built new homes on the water. They have indoor and outdoor kitchens that I could cook for 150 without breaking a sweat. They spent more $$$ on those home kitchens than Iv'e got in my commercial one.
I'm sure you know a few also.
Or maybe you own one yourself.
Good luck with the planning. Have fun, be flexible, don't sweat the set backs. Everything won't go exactly as planned, but nobody will know except you.
