Boating this 4th, Hurricane Charley Pass
#1
This Friday the 4th, we are heading to Hurricane Charley Pass, just a bit North of Redfish Pass.
We will be leaving the house/dock 9am-10am, heading down Charlotte Harbor from the North most tip, (Myakka River), down past Burnt Store, turning to the West at marker #5, towards Boca Grande Pass, and then heading South towards North Captiva island in the ICW past Cabbage Key, and out through Redfish Pass. About 37 miles from house to HCP. We will be anchored off the beach, in the Gulf. Getting there around 10am-11am, depending on weather.
If you are interested in meeting up, post here.
If you are interested in going down together, again post here, and we will work on a meeting point and time at North Charlotte Harbor and perhaps South Charlotte Harbor.
Remember, you are responsible for the safety of those around you, and for your actions and the actions of your guests.

The weather for tomorrow looks to be about the same as it was today. We will most likely not go down to North Captiva Island.
I got my new 5 blade, CNC props from Throttle-Up Propellers, so I am hoping to do some testing tomorrow morning.
