I am glad it is over for you, I know you wanted jail time for him, but I think between the cost of the trial, the stress, the embarrassment, the community service, the long probation, I bet he will not soon forget this or try something like this again.
You guys have done a great job you should be proud, Jennifur is one lucky gal to have you by her side, I think you have done a lot more for her then just the money.

5 years probation is a long time, plus the community service. It is meant to be a trap. If you screw up again(he will) or miss some portion of your sentence, your back in front of a judge. This will cost a lot of money and time for captn' nate . He cried in court for mercy. I hope he screws up bad again.

If he somehow missed community service in the 1st few weeks this case would still be fresh in the Judges mind...

Agree. It is only a matter of time before he screws up. We are told that Collier County is really tough of probation violators.
I hope I'm wrong and that he does turn his life around. Time will tell.
