I am in the same boat literally. Though older. Just bought a 1985 272 sr1. Looking to redo interior. I read on another forum THT. Cape canvas on pine island was highly recommended for price and quality. I haven't used them yet but plan to start the project in about 8 weeks. I will be doing mine slowly and piece by piece.

I am just starting my interior, I have gotten quotes from $3,000.00 to $7500.00 and everywhere in between, I settled for a guy here in Naples, this guy is almost as OCD as I am, I have seen some of his work and it looked factory. I am meeting with him at the Marina tomorrow so he can pick up all the pieces while my 383's are getting installed. I can have him call you if you would like.

Premiere interiors in Sarasota did all the big Donzi's & other OEM's but with economy down turn they are taking in restoration work. I don't have a number for them but I remember one of the owners name is Jim.

I visited with Jim last week. (PPI interiors) He did my Sonic . I am looking into a mattress type foam for the vee-berth. He does Donzi and Nor-tech and many others. He came recomended by Sonic he was also doing their interiors for awhile. Remember you get what you pay for, vinyl comes in diffrent grades. So what might look like a good deal today may not look so good in a few years.
