Default New Years Run

Just curious how many boats intend to do the run? Hey it's December now and I'm starting to count down the days for my 1100 mile tow.

Last year we had 35 boats. Nice turnout. I would think about the same again this year maybe more as FMO continues to grow. I will be there of coarse with the Nor Tech. Remember the date this year is Sat. Dec 29th. Lets hope for a nice warm day again.

44 miles max each way from Sanibel Bridge to Esplanade on Marco. Add to that your distance to the Sanibel Bridge rally / starting point. Some may trailer to the Punta Rassa launch ramp at the SB. I expect there will be a few boats from the Punta Gorda area on the run.

Dave, You should plan on going on the run however you will need to check the wind speed and direction if the gulf is flat it is a great run but the gulf can get lumpy between naples and marco.

Dave if you are taking the outlaw you should have no issues.

It can get lumpy, last year the water was good we took our Sunny and had a great day.

Hope to See You

I really hope to be able to run with you all, if the weather is good we are in. We get down late on the
25th and stay until the 8th, let us know of any other places to go to meet up.

We wanted to go, but had to pass on the Turkey Run due to some house remodeling we had going on, but it's done now, so we're "IN " hope you guys don't mind some new faces.

Don't know where we'll be going, but I'm a good follower, at least by boat.

Looking forward to it, see you guys soon.
