Does anyone know if the other hotel or condos next to the Hyatt on Blvd of arts allows overnight docking for a fee? I see there is 2 big docks with slips but not sure if they keep it private only.

Also funny/interesting fact. Google the Hyatt and click on the satallite photo and zoom in. There is a poker run during the pic and there is boats all over and Bob I think I see your Nortech to the right.....pretty cool.

Nate, the slips for the condos next to the Hyatt are all private.

My Google Earth map for Sarasota is dated Jan 25 / 13 and I do not see my boat on that particular map. I have found it tho in the past on Google Earth in marinas at both Toronto and Marco Island.

I figured they would be private. I was going to look into the Yacht just over the bridge too and just cab there and back if possible.

For the time being we are forced to put a hold on accepting any more registrations for the weekend run to Sarasota. Marina Jacks has booked a boat show for that weekend, creating an acute shortage of availble dockage in Sarasota. The few other marinas in the area are unable to take us either so until further notice we are are holding off on further registrations. The Hyatt is committed to working with us to accomodate this list of registrants. I will advise if and when we can open it up again to further participation.

Well that puts a damper on things lol.

I guess just let us know if it opens up for more to register. If not we are going to pass on that run asd well. No sense in in running down for the about a 1/2 of day to then turn around and just come back.

Hey bob! Actually Nate is right its the same year. If you look at the slips the same boats are in both pictures and the year before some of the boats weren't there and also some of them were on different side's of the marina.
