NJGR8FUL, great looking Mistress! I am putting the finishing touches on my 1978 35' Mistress as we speak . . . fresh 496 stroker motors are back from the machine shop and getting dressed out tommorow, drives and gimbal housings are rebuilt, resprayed and ready to go back on, I'm getting close. My NEW goal is to have it ready and sorted out for the Manhattan poker run in June, and then spend the rest of the summer putzing around up north with friends and family.

BTW, are your engine hatches factory? Fiberglass or aluminum? Have anyone in NJ who can duplicate them for me and send them?

Harry

Chris, we're looking for 550hp+ / 520lb/ft.
My fingers are crossed.
It'll be finished getting dressed this week, and just waiting my turn to get on the dyno at Zul's shop.
BTW... no hijack intended.

Harry ... Very nice! We should be at the June 18th extravaganza also ... we'll hook up, couple others from here will be there ... as you could have prolly guessed

Factory .. YES, from what I know they are ... and they are fiberglass. I can ask around, but not really. If someone else from NJ sees this thread and can offer advice or help, I'd be happy to assist in using mine as a model

What power is in there?
